The All Important Fine Print


Processing Time: Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Anticipate it being closer to 3 days during the holiday season.

Domestic: To keep shipping fees as low as possible for you, we ship all of our single card orders in envelopes using good old stamps. This option does not come with tracking. Alternatively, If you’d like your card shipped in a rigid mailer w/ a tracking number you can send us a message, and we’ll set that up for you. All orders larger than a single card ship as USPS First-Class packages and come with tracking numbers. Domestic orders usually arrive in 3-5 business days, but can take up to 2 weeks.

International: We do ship internationally, however we cannot promise your package will arrive by a certain date. Sometimes packages are held up in customs for seemingly no reason, and transit times vary wildly. We ship overseas with international stamps for single card orders & USPS First Class International Mail for packages, which is the only cost effective option. There is no tracking for international orders. We are not responsible for any additional customs tariffs or charges that your country imposes on your package, nor can we predict what they might be. International orders usually arrive in 1-4 weeks but can take as many as 6.

Expedited Shipping: Rush shipping is available on every single item for an extra postage fee, however please note that our 1-3 day processing time still applies to orders with rush shipping added. Payment is due at time of checkout. We accept Paypal and all major credit cards. We do not accept personal checks or money orders via mail and apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the difference in monitor settings between computers, we cannot accept returns for items that look different to you in person. We try our very best to represent our products as accurately as possible using natural light and high-quality images. 

Exchanges maybe granted on a case-by-case basis. Please get in touch for further details.

Lost Packages

Although rare, upon occasion, orders can get lost in the mail, delaying their arrival to you. Most packages lost in transit usually find their way home eventually, but unfortunately once it is in the hands of the post office, it is out of our control.

We are happy to send a replacement free of charge if your item was damaged or lost in transit or if we made a mistake and sent the wrong thing. Keep in mind that we are real people with real feelings and occasionally make mistakes.
